Somebody stole my pinafore. Bloody craphole. Now I gotta buy another one because I only have one left.

I never thought I'd be saying this, but I feel more confident of my Chinese paper than my English one. I think I was too afraid for English. I think my sis was right (never thought I'd say that either)- I'm more freaked out by English because of the higher expectations. Especially from my mum. Ah wells. My long essay is totally screwed over. No hope. I think going for mass helped a bit though. As in, the day before. Wouldn't have gone if not for Joachim, whom I'm thankful for for the encouragement. Mass sorta calmed my nerves a little. I just pray I do fine. 8 more papers.
Gotta have faith.
And away we go.

X.X.LONG

I burped in class today.
It was loud and embarrassing. Hahah. Thank goodness Armstrong didn't say anything. Speaking of him, Gill had one of her "bright ideas" again in his class (2 free periods), to go up to him and do my paper-tearing trick where you hear the paper tear but it doesn't actually tear. It's one of my great useless talents. (: So we all walk to him, and Gill pretends she's unhappy about her Lit assignment and "tears" her paper. Armstrong is unfazed. Hahah. Then Marie asks me to do it, so I do. And he says, "What's that?" I felt a bit retarded so I walked away. Oh, the stupid things we do.

A while later, Armstrong calls for me while I'm re-lacing my shoes. So I walk up to his table with only one laced shoe. Lo and behold, he hands me a piece of paper and he says, "Show me that paper thing again." He's smiling at me kinda scarily, but I do it anyway. He looked so amused while I was there "tearing" paper repeatedly after his "again!" requests. I don't know if the class was laughing at me, him, or the situation. After he realised how I did it (took him long enough, really) he said I could go. Halfway back to my seat and bemused friends, he calls me back and gives me a hot pink book strap. Wicked.

Quite a funny day today. One of those laughed-so-hard-I-almost-peed-in-my-pants days. My photo got vandalised by a bunch of morons, (namely Nut, Marie & Mervelle) and so did I. My left arms now has a black ink drawing of a "celestial" dragon (courtesy of Nut) with a few sad clouds, and below it reads, "X.X.LONG GANG MEMBER". Marie said drawings on me make me look "dangerous". Har dee har.

Since I'm here, I just wanna say that Arsenal's at the top of the table! We're number one. I clearly recall Addison telling me one evening after mass that Arsenal was "crippled". Liverpool was at the top at that time. But not anymore. As I told him, "You wait and see". And once again, I'm right. Ahahah. Ask me where Man U is, ask me where Man U is! Alright read this carefully: They're in the 15th position. Fifteenth! Hoho! I know we're just into the season, but this is just funny. Man, Ewww.

Dreamer.

Who's a paedophile? Hurhur.

Strangely, I feel like blogging today. But as usual there's nothing to blog about. School was blah as usual. Oh we had Chinese Oral yesterday. Man I screwed it up. Some pretty cool things happened though. I was about to leave school alone after Oral, when I just had this feeling, that I should call Tabitha and ask where she is. So I called, and luckily enough, it turned out that she was in school! And she agreed to walk home with me. (: Haven't had one of those long story-sharing talks with her in a while so that was good. We talked from school all the way throughout the time she was at "lunch" with me and two morons until she went home. Awesome we are. After "lunch" I was about to leave for home with Van, but then I changed my mind and decided to go for mass. I'm not sure what made me change my mind, but I haven't gone for weekday mass in ages. So that was pretty cool as well.

I'm being rushed off the computer so a longer post next time, and possibly some awesome pictures from Monday's trip to the Red Dot Museum.
My Threadless tees are here! And I wanna watch Mamma Mia.

One More for the Champion

This blog seems so neglected. Hahah. Oh wells. I'm just here, taking a break from studying, or rather, avoiding it, to say Fed has done it again! 13th title, 5th consecutive US Open championship. Take that, Rafa. All you morons that said he "lost his touch" and is "getting old", looks like you should go slap yourself. Fed has proven you wrong man. I've been waiting for this, his resurfacing. I was disappointed when he lost the World number 1 title, but this shows he can still claim World's best again. He's the champion, my friends.
Oh and Lance Armstrong's returning to cycling. I'm quite excited about that, even though I don;t watch the sport myself. Hahah. But I really admire Armstrong, what with his inspiring jumping back from cancer story. He cycled to an unprecedented level. 7 time Tour de France champion. Can you say, woah? This time, he's going for his 8th. He's coming out of retirement at the age of 34. I really hope he wins this, he's doing this to raise awareness on the global cancer burden. Though of course I have my doubts that he'll be at top form. But I'm pretty sure he'll do well.
Theo super-cute Walcott scored a hat-trick for England yesterday. They totally thrashed Croatia 4-1. Rooney scored the other one. Man, I love Theo. He is now the third Arsenal player to score an England treble. Woots for Walcott. I haven't been catching Arsenal games lately. Robin's been doing well. I hope to catch the next one. We're playing Blackburn on Saturday. Hopefully I'll get to see Nasri in action soon. Abou Diaby sounds like Abu Dhabi. Hahah.
Mervelle's birthday lunch at New York, New York tomorrow, then Gabriel's dinner event after. How awesome. I'm going to eat so much and get so fat. Woohoo!

Under the influence.

Mervelle asked me to blog, so here I am. Nothing much to say, but I studied today! Well, kinda. I went to Macs with my sister and we did our work and ate a lot. Hahah. Zara's party on Saturday was quite something. It was spent mostly in the pool which was lots of fun. It was splashy. Hahah. We played chicken, did cannonballs and just socialised. Met some pretty cool people.

Before the party, I had cat class, as usual. It's the last class of the term so we watched Finding Nemo. I forgot how much I like it. I told Aaron I had to leave class and he let me go. How nice. After class, Mervelle picked me up. So awesome. Hahah. I said to Jerome, "My friend, she's coming to pick me up."
"HE?"
"She. There she is!" And then Mervelle appeared! Running with her umbrella. Hahah. Cool. Then her mum drove us to her cat class. The ride was quite enjoyable. Mervelle, your mum's funny. The class however, was just fine. I like mine better. Honestly, the class wasn't that bad, but it made me appreciate my class. Not that I didn't already, but a lot more. I'm thankful for my classmates, even the annoying ones. As much as I hate to say it, Mervelle's classmates made me realise the guys in Con2B are actually funny to some extent. Her class was pretty textbook. Whereas in ours, I know they try to make it more fun with games, sharings, etc. Which is why I'm also grateful for my catechists. And coincidentally, I can say, Happy Teachers' Day! Although I doubt any teacher reads this thing. (:

My arms, especially my right one, ache now because of some crazy arm wrestling tournament yesterday. I don't care if Gabriel claims his right arm is "strained cause of badminton", we drew so many times and he still couldn't beat me. I couldn't beat him either though. Hahah. Hey but I take pride in the fact that he's older and couldn't beat me. (: I believe I can beat him one day though. Rematch!

Happy 13th, Nicole! (:
